The "Wedding Gazebo" is located in the West Meadow painted in a beautiful " bridal white" featuring 2 entrances; one of which is handicap accessible. A beautiful lead glass window sits atop the roof while allowing beautiful rainbow shadows of light to shine through. The gazebo has a ceiling fan, electrical outlets and can be decorated in any decor. The victorian hip and gable roof line of the gazebo is stunning and measures 26 x 14. The brick enlayed in the stoop was found on location from this old historic home.

The heart shaped garden is called "Deaux Hearts" Wedding Location which means two hearts. The heart shaped garden is beautiful and green throughout the year. The pleasant aroma of the blooming jasmine during the spring season along with the small white and yellow blooms is an elegant addition to any wedding. A beautiful wrought iron heart shaped arch adds more beauty to this area as well.

The "Grand Staircase" is located off the magnificent round porch on the south face of the home. It flows from 7 foot at the top to 16 foot wide at the base with steps being 15 inches deep. It has victorian balusters on each side of the staircase with a center podium at the top. When using this location the home is a stunning backdrop itself.

The pavilion offers many uses. The steamboat pavilion is named " D'arbonne Lady K". When Pat envisioned this idea he desired architectural creativity. Therefore, he built it like a steamboat in dedication to Captain Oscar Baughman who was J. D.'s brother. Captain Baughman brought materials and furnishings up the D’arbonne to help build this beautiful old home. Captain Baughman’s boat, believe it or not, only needed 20 inches of water to make it upstream. Captain Baughman still walks the porch on occassion or so we have been told. So it was just for him the pavilion was built! The pavilion will accommodate 150 people. It has a 16 x 16 dance floor. It is centrally heated and air conditioned as well with 10 ceilings fans pulling either heat or air; whichever is necessary. In the rear it is set up for caterers with a microwave, hot and cold running water and tables and shelving. It also has a speaker system with plenty of electrical outlets. It has been used for wedding receptions, reunions, birthday parties, church meetings, etc. We also have chairs and tables available.

The "Grand Dining Room" is where Bed and Breakfast guests are served a hot fully cooked southern breakfast including juice, fruit and coffee.

This room is one of the first you will see upon entering the foyer. It sits to the west side of the house and looks on to the front lawn, gazebo and pavilion. Aside from the window, the room is adorned by bookshelves with a beautiful fireplace. This is a perfect location for a small indoor wedding, and is also suitable for luncheons, dinner parties, book club meetings, etc.

Bed and Breakfast guests will enjoy relaxing in the quaint and cozy victorian parlor room. A quiet area for guest to enjoy reading from a selection of books in front of the fireplace or engage in conversation here. A complimentary cordials are also provided each evening in the parlor. Be sure to take photos of the mirror on display as it is over 100 years old.
